Kari Samantha Wuhrer (born on April 28th in 1967) was an American actor and a singer. Her career started when she was still in her teens. Her most well-known performances include Maggie Beckett, an actress in the film Sliders as well as her character Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble) and is an accountant for payroll and German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). There are three of her siblings. She began singing in nightclubs as a teenager and often would leave her house to sing. She began studying acting at her 13th birthday at Wooster School, then studied the art of drama at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Marymount Manhattan College, Columbia University, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts with famed teacher Uta Hagen.Kari Samantha Wuhrer, a model from Connecticut is an American model, actress and singer.
